Our Story

Yes, there actually is a real David Alan. Catering is all he knows, having started washing dishes at 15 for a caterer and learning everything from the bottom up! He enjoys helping the team reach their full potential and is an ardent supporter of Heart-Led Leadership. And yes, he still washes dishes.

Meghan loves helping people create their happily ever after and leads our efforts in our sales process. She’s the team mom, making sure everyone’s birthdays are celebrated, holiday traditions are maintained, and culture is built every day. If not working, she’s at her son’s swim meets or her daughter’s Irish dance competitions.

Rachael is the glue that we call Operations. Figuring out which trucks go where and how to get each event staffed properly makes her tick. She leads the warehouse, design, and hospitality teams with passion and enthusiasm. From her first day as an intern with David Alan to now overseeing day-to-day operations, her drive and high standards help set us apart from the rest!

Sharon loves collecting the money!! Assisting clients with the highest levels of care at such an incredible time in their lives truly drives her. When Sharon isn’t processing payments or updating spreadsheets, you can find her laughing with the entire team, teasing her Sally Sunshine, or vacuuming the office.

Jill leads our on-site culinary team members, ensuring each is prepared for success. She assists the Sales and Production team, being present for site visits to unique venues. She is a member of DAHG’s Culture Club and is always crafting new, silly games for Family Lunch.

Brian has been with David Alan from day one! Having worked essentially every position we have, he currently leads the warehouse team and is responsible for everything equipment and beverages. You know when he is working because you will find the warehouse television tuned into the show The Office.

Katie leads our Onsite Restaurant team with dedication and passion, ensuring our team is always set up for success. She has only seen Dave Matthews 100 times, and if not helping out as an Event Chef, wishes to spend as much time on the Cape as possible!

Jaime assists our Onsite Restaurant clients with order fulfillment and helps maintain strong relationships with all our corporate clients. When not at work, Jaime enjoys her dogs and live concerts. Oh, and Jaime is our Starbucks champion, constantly keeping the office team fueled with caffeine.

Mackenzie brings her years of front-of-house service to the DAHG sales team. She works closely with both corporate and wedding clients to ensure their vision is met with their menu. Together with Jaime, you can always find Mackenzie with an iced coffee, keeping energy levels high.

Jenaya works on the production team, helping clients flawlessly execute events. Her passion and implementation skills are amazing. Jenaya knows the weekly Crumbl flavors and can update you on any newly released movie. Oh, and she’s also a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America!

Ashley works on the production team, assisting clients with having the event of their dreams. Her genuine love of hospitality shines through her work. If you look for Ashley when she’s OOO, chances are, if it’s summer, she’s at the beach.

Jordan comes to CT from Oklahoma and brings with her a Midwest charm. She works on our production team and loves creating event pack lists for our warehouse team. Jordan has the cutest 4-legged baby dog, who is her pride and joy.

Rachael embodies our Core Value “Be Enthusiastic.” Leading our hospitality department, she trains and staffs the entire team. Always the first to help wherever it is needed and sure to make you laugh when stressed out. Don’t forget to ask her about the Can Man!

Paige brings our events to life, creating signage and assisting with design implementation. Her calm, cool demeanor makes her an amazing Event Director on Code Green days. She is a huge movie buff.

Courtney loves helping grow the DAHG brand and maintain our relationship with community partners.   Courtney isn’t afraid to jump in and help where needed and you can often find her working events as either an event director or a hospitality hero too!  On weekends you’ll find her spending time with her husband and daughter.

Affectionately known as “Head Nerd”, there isn’t a spreadsheet that she doesn’t love creating.  When not onboarding team members or processing payroll, she can be found writing scripts and producing independent films!

Ryan is the true workhorse around DAHG. Responsible for loading equipment for all of our events, he is a master at Tetris!   When not helping the DAHG team, Ryan can be found watching Michigan football or spending time at home with his wife and son.
